Four Corners has 26 different licensed clinicians and therapists to choose from. It is also the sole source provider for most citizens that qualify or currently have Medicaid insurance.

Seekhaven provides supportive services to primary and secondary survivors of domestic vioelnce and sexual assault. Services include legal and medical advocacy, contracted counseling, emergency shelter, financial aid, rent/utility assistance and more.

We provide support, empower and advocacy for people in all stages of recovery from substance use disorder and their family members. Help build healthy connections, recovery management plans, set and attain goals, run support groups and offer sober social events.

Moab Regional Hospital
​MRH has a spectrum of services of those needing mental health and recovery services. Moab Regional Recovery Center (MRRC) is avilable for those with primary SUD and includes medical treatment and case management, along with therapy service options. MRH also has general psychiatry services, psychotherapy, emergency medicine, and primary care service lines. All insurances and cash pay patients are welcome. Financial assistance is available.
